Shipping policy

Shipping Locations 

• Currently we ship within New Zealand only. All orders are tracked. 

Shipping Prices 

• Free delivery within a 35 km radius of Kawerau.
   
• Shipping costs vary and are as follows: 
  Bay of Plenty - Urban $8 / Rural $9.50
  Rest of North Island - Urban $10.00 / Rural $12.50
  South Island - Urban $15.00 / Rural $17.50 
  
  
• Free Shipping NZ wide - On all orders $180 and over 
• P.O. Box addresses are not accepted. 

Order Dispatch 

• We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. 
• Orders received over the weekend or public holidays will be processed for dispatch on the next business day. 
• Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification. 
• We use NZ POST and once it has left our premises please follow up with them in the first instance to track your delivery. 
• Bank deposit orders will not be shipped until the money has cleared in our account. 

Damaged Goods 

• If you receive your product and it is damaged, please email info@tekohae.co.nz immediately or within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product. Please make sure you attach a photo of the damaged product in your email to us, so that we can rectify the matter with the courier company.
